I need help planning my event. Who do I contact?
Call our office at 513-552-1340 and you will be directed to a Catering Consultant.
What information should I have available when inquiring about catering?
An estimate of the number of guests you plan to invite, a date, type of menu, and location you are considering is helpful. The parameters of your budget are also important.
Do you custom design menus?
We have many menu options for you to select from, however we can custom design any menu to meet budgetary needs, dietary restrictions, themes, and more.
What is the minimum number of guests you serve?
Our minimum number is 10.
What is your deposit/payment policy?
A 50% deposit is due 30 days prior if applicable and time permits. The balance is due 5 days prior to the event. A Credit card number must be provided with all orders. Events not paid by date of service will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
Is gratuity automatically added to my order?
Gratuity is left to your discretion.
Why are there no pricing guidelines on the site?
Each event has specific requirements that affect your pricing, such as staffing needs, plateware options, food service methods, styles, and venue location requirements. It is impossible for us to cover every possible combination on the website so all budgets for pricing are discussed with your Catering Consultant.
Do I need to sign the contract and send it back?
Yes, we need a signed copy of the contract to confirm your order.
I need to make a change to my order. What is the time-frame and any additional fees?
All contracts have a confirmation date. For guests/food added after the confirmation date, a 20% processing fee will applied.
