Depending on the time of day, you can explore the entire Aquarium or converge in The Riverside Room, our state-of-the-art meeting room with spectacular views of the Cincinnati skyline and Ohio River for added inspiration. You can even add special activities like Dive Shows, Scavenger Hunts and Penguin Encounters to your event.
SOCIAL :Whether you’re planning a gala, reunion, fundraiser, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, prom or formal – plan on a venue that is so spectacular, unique and awe-inspiring your guests won’t want to leave. You can rent the entire aquarium after regular hours and treat your guests to the majestic wonders of an underwater world.
The Riverside Room is one of the most elegant and contemporary settings in the region and is available for both daytime and evening rentals. With a spectacular view of the Cincinnati skyline and Ohio River, it is the perfect location for lunches, dinners and cocktail receptions.
Both The Riverside Room and the entire Aquarium can be rented individually or together to accommodate groups of up to 1,500. Food and bar stations can be set up throughout the Aquarium. If you can imagine event décor that includes the most exotic aquatic life in the world you can imagine how unique and awe-inspiring your event will be.
PICNICS : Step outside the office to enjoy the beautiful scenery both outside and inside of Newport Aquarium! The Riverside Room terrace area boasts a stunning view of downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River for your next picnic. Our Event Coordinator will help make your meeting creative, fun, and most of all, stress free!
