The Delhi Event Center at Delhi Towne Square encompasses many spaces and a host of activities, events, exhibitions, classes and social gatherings. Our organization believes in cultivating magical moments through visual expression and social collaboration and using creativity to unify the community. We are proud to serve southwest Ohio’s Hamilton County, where community and connection remain at the core of what we do.

THE EXPERIENCE
Celebrate a milestone in our elegant, naturally lit event space overlooking the patio lawn, and make your way into the main gallery for cocktails or an exquisite dinner. For events on a smaller scale, reserve one of our diverse studio rooms for your next team meeting or company event. Create something new in one of our scheduled art classes or workshops. Gather with other community members, or friends and family, for outstanding live performances at the amphitheater on the lawn, and enjoy a nice, cold beer from the Lawn Bar. Delhi Event Center (includes Globe Room)
The Delhi Event Center spans 5,355 square feet and accommodates up to 240 guests seated with a dance floor, and 300 guests without. The space is configured for banquet-style seating, featuring 6-foot round tables and invites natural light during the day, while carefully placed accent lighting enhances the room’s elegance in the evening.
The Globe Room
The Globe Room boasts 1,750 square feet of versatile space, accommodating up to 80 seated guests. Elegantly designed, the room features banquet-style seating with 6-foot round tables, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your special event.
The ambient lighting adds a touch of sophistication to any event.
The Lawn
The lawn is a stunning 10,720-square-foot green space featuring a stage, capable of accommodating up to 400 seated guests.
The Culinary Room
The Culinary Room spans 900 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to 40 seated guests. It features elegant banquet-style seating arranged around 5-foot by 2-foot rectangular tables, creating an inviting atmosphere for dining and gatherings perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers and more. Additionally, the room can be divided into two smaller spaces, offering flexibility for various events and activities.
The Art Room
The Art Room offers a spacious 1,350 square feet, comfortably accommodating up to 60 seated guests. Banquet-style seating arrangements include 5-foot by 2-foot rectangular tables, perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, creative activities and more. Additionally, the Art Room can be easily divided into two separate spaces, providing flexibility for smaller groups or simultaneous events.
The Tech Room
The Tech Room is a 480-square-foot space designated for individuals or teams to work or collaborate on technology-related projects. This space can cater to various events, including meetings, workshops, seminars, organized gatherings and more.
The Learning Lab
The Learning lab is a 450-square-foot space designed to facilitate educational activities, training, workshops, and collaborative learning experiences. These spaces cater to various groups, including schools, educators, corporate trainers, community organizations and more.
