The ballroom holds up to 200 guests. A ceremony on the open deck frames the couple against a backdrop of trees as they exchange their vows. Or, enjoy your ceremony down by our scenic cascading waterfall and pond creating a breathtaking and picturesque setting for you and your guests. Inside the Bel-Wood Country Club, couples can use the ballroom for their reception. A light and airy space, the ballroom windows offer natural lighting with a picturesque view of the trees and rolling hillside. Couples are able to make the space their own with various types of decor. The venue’s property features lush green lawns and cascading waterfalls that make the perfect setting for wedding photos.

Cuisine

Couples will find complimentary champagne for the head table during their wedding reception. Our exclusive caterers provide staffing for the bar and reception. At Bel Wood country club, couples have the choice of offering their guests a dinner buffet, plated courses, or cocktail hors d’oeuvres. Catering provided by Vonderhaar’s Catering, a DelightMore company.

Services Offered

The venue’s staff help to transform the country club into a dream wedding venue for each couple with attention to detail and an intimate setting. A 6-seat golf cart limousine provides transportation for the bride & groom, their wedding party and guests. Staff will take care of all set up, tear down and cleanup of the event.

Barbara’s Room

Just off the Grille Room, Barbara’s Room overlooks Bel-Wood’s beautiful gardens and seats up to 25 people. This room is a great space for groups to get together to host a card game, luncheon, rehearsal dinner, meeting, or corporate gathering.

Ballroom

Our main ballroom provides a beautiful space for wedding ceremonies, receptions, corporate parties/events, and all large-scale social events. The ballroom can also be divided in half to consolidate space for smaller events as well. With a capacity of 200 guests, this space offers amenities including our beautiful bar and spacious dance floor.

In addition, the ballroom opens up to the outdoor deck, where guests can take advantage of the fresh air and enjoy our scenic golf course. This space additionally makes for idyllic outdoor receptions and events.

Mary’s Room

The cozy atmosphere of Mary’s Room is the perfect place in the club for smaller events. With space for 35 people, the wood-burning fireplace provides a warm aura for your rehearsal dinners, family get-togethers, bridal and baby showers, graduation parties, birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, and other small-scale occasions.

Outdoor Waterfall

Down beside the pool house sits a beautiful waterfall and pond where we coordinate several events such as, wedding ceremonies, outdoor dinner parties and various other functions.
